Scope of work

A 30 × 10 m glass sun room (300 m²) on a 45 × 20 m roof, drawn from the client's sketch and built like the ZED East room: a steel frame on its own posts with main frames every 5 m, a 6+6 HD laminated glass roof, and slim frameless sliding glass on all four sides, so the hall opens fully to the terrace. In the right strip, an outdoor bar (front + back counter under a slatted shade). The entrance is from the existing building at the front.
